Seasoned radio DJ, sound artist, and curator focused on music, culture, and education, Chi Chung currently serves as Curator-in-Residence at the Hong Kong Design Institute, overseeing the V Music Library's vinyl experience. He has also taught at his alma mater, The University of Hong Kong, for over a decade. Since the 1980s, he has promoted diverse music and cultural arts through various media, creating unique conversations and collaborations with numerous world-class masters and emerging local talents.

Chi Chung has curated multiple cross-regional and cultural projects, including David Bowie's Mandarin piece, “Seven Years in Tibet”, "Around the World in 80 Days" (2000), "The Song of Embrace" (2004), Ryuichi Sakamoto's album "async", among others.​

 Ronny is Founding Chairman of the Hong Kong Wine Critics Association and former Chairman of the Greater China Wine Critics Association. He began publishing wine critiques in the 1980s and has authored multiple works, including "Pouring Wine," and served as the editor among other Chinese-language works. Since 2011, he has served as Co-Chair for the Shanghai International Wine Competition by the Shanghai Municipal Government. In 2012, he was also invited to produce wine in Italy, becoming the first Chinese winemaker to brew Super Tuscan. In 2016, Ronny was appointed by the Italian Trade Agency to design and teach a course on Italian wines and spirits; in 2022, he was also invited by the Italian Trade Commission to design and host a series of dinner banquets across China.

 Founder of the think tank Pagoda and Chief Economist at Orientis, Kevin graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in economics and holds a lifetime teaching position at Claremont McKenna College. He was also a visiting fellow at The University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and other institutions. Kevin’s publications have appeared in the “American Economic Journal: Macroeconomics” and the “Economic Journal”, among many others. Apart from research and teaching, Kevin also writes several columns in Hong Kong-based publications.
