A. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Booking Confirmation: Once the order is confirmed and payment has been made, it enters the processing stage. No cancellations, refunds, date or time changes are allowed, nor can it be exchanged for cash or any other products/services.

• No-Show / Late Arrival Policy: If a guest arrives late or fails to show up, it will be treated as a voluntary forfeiture of the activity, and no refund will be issued.

• Voucher Validity: The voucher in the confirmation email is valid only on the specified date and time.

 

B. Weather Policy

• Cancellation Criteria:

  • Advance Forecast: If severe weather is anticipated, we will confirm sea conditions with the vessel operator 24 hours before departure. If sailing is expected to be unsafe, we will notify guests in advance that the activity will be cancelled so that alternative arrangements can be made.

  • Last-Minute Cancellation: If Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 3 or higher, or a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued within 3 hours before departure, we will proactively contact guests to inform them that the activity will be cancelled.

  • On-the-Day Conditions: Even if the above weather signals are not issued, if sea conditions are rough or the weather is unsafe on the day of departure, the company reserves the right to cancel the voyage for safety reasons and will notify affected guests immediately.

• Arrangements After Cancellation: For bookings affected by adverse weather, we will contact guests to offer one free rescheduling (for the same product, to be completed within 3 months from the original date) or a full refund upon request.

 

C. Service Terms and Notes

• Children Policy: Children under 2 years old cannot participate in this experience. Children aged 2 and above will be charged at the adult rate. Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

• Boarding Information:

  • Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure and present your booking confirmation to complete check-in, including providing the names of all participants and verifying identification documents.

  • The vessel will depart on time and will not wait for late arrivals.

• Food and Drink Restrictions: Bringing external food and drinks on board is strictly prohibited. The menu may be adjusted according to seasonal availability without prior notice.

• Accessibility: Due to the vessel’s design limitations, this cruise does not provide wheelchair-accessible facilities. Boarding may not be possible for wheelchair users. We apologise for any inconvenience.

• Other Notes:

  • Product images are for reference only.

  • Guests who are prone to seasickness are advised to prepare appropriate medication before boarding. The sailing route may be changed due to weather or sea conditions.

• Supplier’s Rights: The supplier reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel this product/service and to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

• In the event of any dispute, the supplier’s decision shall be final.
